Casa Sol Studio

This is our sunroom studio with 250 Sq feet of space and windows on 3 walls and oak wood flooring. This room overlooks our Spanish courtyard and is draped from ceiling to floor in ivory white fabric. Included in your booking of this room is:

  • Chair/Sofa/kid or baby chair props

  • Floral options to accessorize your space

  • Access to our props cabinet

  • Fully stocked beverage fridge

  • Lobby and courtyard access

  • Vanity area access

  • Collective studio bathroom access

  • Full wifi access

  • Stocked private cart per studio room with a Bluetooth speaker, a fan, and supplies

This space has year-round plain draped walls AND seasonal setups for Spring and Winter.

Spanish Courtyard

When you book this studio, you have free access to our beautifully shared courtyard for Spanish-style photos and content. Please note that the building owner kindly allows us to photograph in the space when we are respectful about it.

You NEED to note in your booking when you plan of using the space, and you NEED to follow the rules of the shared area.

  • Do not interrupt other businesses’ clients.

  • Do not photograph other people within the courtyard that is not your client.

  • Do not photograph in front of or block other businesses.

  • Do not bring big equipment or setups of any kind.

  • Do not leave trash or food anywhere in the courtyard.

  • Use of confetti/sparklers/powder/liquid/speaker celebratory uses is NOT permitted.
