This is our shared courtyard for Spanish-style photos and content. It is not a fully private booking, but rather a booking for photography use, with more privacy than usual, and liability for the property. Please note that the building owner kindly allows us to photograph in the space when we are respectful of it. Photography only, no events.

You NEED to note in your booking when you plan to use the space, and you NEED to follow the rules of the shared area.

• Do not photograph other people within the courtyard who are not your client.

• Do not photograph in front of or block other businesses.

• Do not bring big equipment or lighting setups of any kind.

• Do not leave trash or food anywhere in the courtyard.

• Use of confetti/sparklers/powder/liquid/speaker celebratory uses is NOT permitted.

• Do not interrupt other businesses’ clients.

There are limited spots in the courtyard to prevent overcrowding
