Terms of Use

1. Booking & Access

Renter agrees to wait until their scheduled booking time begins before entering the studio space.

Renter agrees to leave promptly at the end of their scheduled booking time, if not earlier.

Overtime use of the space may result in additional charges at the Studio’s discretion.

2. Respect for Other Clients

Renter agrees not to disturb, interrupt, or interfere with clients before or after their booking.

Disturbing other clients or sessions will result in an automatic $25 disturbance fee.

3. Studio Reset & Cleanliness

Renter agrees to leave the studio fully reset and returned to its original condition.

Failure to properly reset the studio to how they found it can result in an automatic $25 reset fee.

Renter is fully responsible for all setup, breakdown, trash removal, and cleanup during their session.

4. Damages & Cleaning Fees

Renter accepts full responsibility for any damages caused to the studio, furniture, equipment, walls, floors, décor, or other property during the booking period.

Renter agrees to pay all repair, replacement, or professional cleaning costs associated with damages or excessive staining.

THE COLLECTIVE PHOTOGRAPHY LLC. reserves the right to charge the payment method on file for damages, excessive mess, or violations of these terms.

5. Footwear Policy

Shoes are permitted inside the studio.

Renter acknowledges that because shoes are allowed, THE COLLECTIVE PHOTOGRAPHY LLC. cannot guarantee spotless floor conditions and that floors may contain scuffs or marks.

6. Events & Gatherings

Renter agrees that the booking is not for hosting an event, party, gathering, workshop, or large-scale production unless prior written approval has been obtained from THE COLLECTIVE PHOTOGRAPHY LLC or booked under the “full studio rent out event”.

Unauthorized events may result in immediate termination of the session without refund and additional fees.

7. Surveillance & Security

Renter acknowledges and agrees that surveillance cameras are installed and operating throughout portions of the studio for safety, security, and enforcement purposes.

8. Assumption of Risk & Liability

Renter accepts full responsibility for the conduct and safety of all individuals entering the studio during their booking.

Renter agrees that THE COLLECTIVE PHOTOGRAPHY LLC. is not liable for injuries, accidents, lost property, theft, or damages occurring during the rental period.

Renter assumes all risks associated with use of the studio, furniture, props, equipment, and premises.

Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless THE COLLECTIVE PHOTOGRAPHY LLC, the property owner, and the building management from any claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, costs, or legal actions arising from the Renter’s use of the space.

9. Injuries & Misconduct

Renter accepts full liability for any injuries, misconduct, damages, or incidents caused by themselves or anyone attending their session.

10. Compliance With Laws

Renter agrees to comply with all local, state, and federal laws, including occupancy, fire safety, and noise regulations applicable in Phoenix, Arizona.

11. Right to Refuse Service

BY THE COLLECTIVE PHOTOGRAPHY LLC., with COLLECTIVE STUDIOS reserves the right to refuse or terminate bookings for violations of these Terms & Conditions, unsafe behavior, illegal activity, unauthorized events, or misuse of the space.

12. Agreement

By booking, entering, or using the studio, Renter acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions listed above.
